Overcharges for State Tax

Although I love using Turbo Tax and find it to be a great product, Turbo Tax is sold with Federal and One State Return. included. But, I do not file in New Hampshire, but am required to file for Massachusetts. Turbo Tax does not recognize that I do not file with New Hampshire and then charges me for the additional $25 each year for an additional return. This glitch should be fixed.

I have used Turbo Tax more than 10 years. It is always accurate, all questions answered, all problems solved quickly. I really like the ability to bring forward information from the prior year.

Absolutely outstand tax program

Have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years now. Never had any issues with it. It's easy to use and is reasonably price. I've always gotten my refund and I am a very satisfied customer.

Turbo Tax is slipping

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. No real changes in my status. I find Turbo Tax is becoming more complex each year. The first few years I would have rated at 5 stars. Now I would say they are down to 3.
