Many of the panels where you asked for information were some what vague and not too clear about what information you were asking for. In past years I feel you did better in that department than this year. It may be that you do a better job in some of the more expensive versions than you did in Deluxe I don't know. I have used the other versions in past years. But when I really studied it out I could figure out what information you were wanting. So a little improvement in that department for next year would be nice. This is the first year I have used the "Ask a Question" feature in the software. I had a question about the "Kicker" that we get in Oregon. The answers were really good and explained very thoroughly and I really appreciated that. One improvement you could make to that feature would be to list the most recent answer at the top instead of the oldest answer at the top. The answer at the top pertained to a 2018 Return which was using information from 2017 so I was not too sure it was accurate. After some investigation I discovered there were 4 pages of answers and the answer with up to date information was at the bottom of the list. But I still gave you 5 stars for a good product that can be improved. Thanks for all the work you do !!!! Jerry

Wrong product as I live in Florida so no return is necessary for filing. do not want Fed, State product for next year.
