Getting ever more complicated

Have been using TurboTax for many years now, and it seems to be getting less user friendly, complicated, and tedious, every year. Not good.

I like that TurboTax makes use of previous year's information. It's so easy to install and use. I also like the phone support.

RECOVERY FROM STATE TAX FILING FEE DID NOT WORK. HAD TO USE FEATURE DEDUCT FROM REFUND IN ORDER TO PROCESS RETURN.

I see this year you have taken away the option to file your state taxes by mail. Then you charge us $20 to e-file. I have used Turbo tax for over 20 years but will look for something else next year.
