I could not get the import function to work. I tried on several occasions and the system just would not continue even after I walked away for an hour and came back. The clock was still rotating.

Trouble loading

After installing TurboTax using disk I selected update. Tried several times with no luck. Called help line. Was very frustrated with the computer. Finally it sent me an email with a web address to reload.

Turbotax improves every year! I would not use any other electronic tax product on the market. I highly recommend the use of any appropriate Turbo Tax products.

I have a relatively simple return, so TurboTax makes it simple enough. I blame Uncle Sam for making this whole thing harder than need be and sometimes TurboTax explanations are unclear too.

Turbo Tax is my go to for taxes

Turbo Tax is fairly easy to follow and complete. I especially like the "learn more" option on some of the places but would like it all the way through. I found a couple of boxes that had no explanation and I had no idea what they were and if I needed to put info in them.

My tax files from 2020 did not load on my 2021 TurboTax. I bought the deluxe for federal and state but then they still charged an extra $20 for e-filing. Seems like TurboTax is always trying to sell me more products than I need
