Turbo Tax was very helpful

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The update for Federal Pin # was very helpful. Was able to e-file return rather than mail it.
Donation deduction was hard to use, I didn't keep a detailed list of items donated.

IT worked OK but not as good as it once was

There seemed to be a few bugs in the system. It did not fill out everything properly and made me go back and manually enter information. There was a checkmark in one section that should not have had it marked. Saved the file right before filing and closed it out, when I reopened it was back to earlier in the process and I had to rework half of the process again. Other than that it was OK. I will likely be looking at different software next year.

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. The process is simple and I can either have them lead me through the sections or I can choose which sections I wish to complete.

I have been using Turbotax federal and state for several years. It is quick and easy, especially the capability to download 1099s and W-2s. E-filing was easy too.

We went through all the questions and, thought I'd answered all correctly. Sent the forms in. And all were accepted. Received a return of 1.167.00 not the 3,967, you said I would receive. Something went wrong or was incorrect, how do I find out and how much to get y'all to find out.

Turbo Tax is a GREAT program

I've been using Turbo Tax since it's inception. I have been doing my own taxes since i was 16 yrs old without assistance. Turbo Tax has made my tax filing simpler and keeps me up to date with new tax laws. I have enjoyed doing my taxes with Turbo Tax with NO difficulty as compared to doing it manually.
