Check for Updates Fail

Turbo Tax should check for updates before initiating the final step of sending out returns. Got all the way to this part and it failed and I had to update and start the whole last section over, even though it said in the prior section that everything was reviewed and looked good. There were a couple of other empty boxes that popped up as incomplete at this part as well, even though the prior section said all reviewed and good to go. Kind of a confidence hit, to be honest.

We have used this for the first time this year and it is an experience. A good one at best. Even though we had questions ir went well. The Rep we had was Great and very helpful.

Turbotax is amazing

My only complaint is How to handle FSA distribution for medical expenses. Also how do I list HSA distributions which were for a previous year repayment.

You missed an important step

I have an assigned IP Pin and your forms have not allowed me the opportunity to ENTER that IP Pin and now my return is getting rejected. I tried to resubmit - assuming I would have 2nd chance to enter this assigned IP Pin but I did not see that option.
