Its Deductible didn't work for months

We use this product every year. It was frustrating as the It's Deductible import didn't work right for months. Then the question about the letter6475 didn't address how to handle both married spouses getting a form. It was a poorly worded question. We are long time users and this year the software wasn't as intuitive or working as well as it should have.

Surprisingly Difficult to Navigate Retirement 1099

This is my first year using TurboTax, coming from TaxAct. I found I was not alone in trying to understand questions around "Retirement PENSION" income! I had to do way too much research to understand how to answer the questions regarding the income - not pleased.

Turbo Tax Works For Me

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. It has improved over the years and has become a reliable and trusted tool for taxpayers. It make tax preparation more bearable.
