Turbo Tax

I would have given 5 stars but I was charged an extra 45$ when I never added audit defense and should not be charged. I specifically kept removing the opt in option but it wouldn't allow me to continue without the fee. Not ok.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax is more difficult to use.

I seemed to have more trouble navigating around Turbo Tax. It was somewhat harder to find forms. The drop-down menu was very faint and and almost off the screen. I did finally get help with the problem that generated that issue.
