Fix problem with FREE state add & Deluxe pack

Intuit needs to fix the TTax gliche for NH residents who may have to file MASSACHUSETTS state as well. NH does not have state income tax and therefore no state filing. If we purchase DELUXE with one FREE state download, it should add NH automictically when it does not exist from a filing standpoint. We are forced to pay extra and buy Mass State instead adding one free as advertised.

I love that my info is saved from year to year, that I can have my w-2 uploaded, and that TurboTax shows me last year's info while I am doing my taxes. I've always done my own taxes and I like understanding the process. TurboTax helps me see my income, deductions and credits so that I can follow.
