Extremely disapointed this year

While using your product this year, it woud notcontinue on to the next sceen by itself. I had to manuallly move the screens along. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still had the same issue.
My state return was rejected because of a missing phone number. Your program insisted that the return was complete. Very disappointed this year.

Getting Worse

I've used Turbo Tax exclusively for over 25 years and your attention to details have become very sloppy.
For example, on one of your worksheets for dependents, I checked that the child "did not provide over half of his or her support. It shows up that the child DID provide half of their own support on the next page. One of many examples.

What in the world happened to Turbo Tax this year?

I have used Turbo Tax for years, but this is the worst year yet. I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe but I couldn't get it to save or print my returns in the normal fashion. An error box kept coming up. This program didn't recognize my file and therefore wouldn't place it in the Turbo Tax Deluxe files from prior years on my flash drive. I even got error boxes when it was trying to update when the program first starts! The version number was completely different from any prior years and it came up as "INDIVIDUAL" INSTEAD OF "TURBO TAX DELUXE". I had a heck of a time preparing my returns this year and finding a way to save them. I even exchanged the first Turbo Tax I bought because I thought it was defective. I may rethink buying the program next year.

This year's edition had some glitches

There were two glitches that affected my filings this year. First, I kept getting some child care error, when there were no children on either return. Second, my return kept being rejected, asking for the 2020 AGI. I would confirm it, but I could still not file electronically. Printing by paper is inconvenient.
