I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years now and they are constantly developing their program to develop and easier way to file. This has been consistent year to year. Thanks for all the great help!

Turbo Tax is the best software ever!

Yes, I have a personal expert to help me with my questions and It was perfect!!!! Francisco was awesome, not only did he answer my concerns, but also guide me on how to download previous years and told me where to go in order to claim past years' returns.
I have been using Turbo Tax since 1996, they have always been there to help any time I need it.

Turbo Tax is Helpfu;

For the most part, Turbo Tax has worked great for me. I experienced a major glitch this year, which cost me hours to figure out. I had a 1099-Misc to enter. Turbo Tax kept insisting that I treat this form as my own business and forced me to complete a Schedule C, which was not appropriate. This was not business income, but only a small stipend from a college I went to. Very frustrating.
In addition, Turbo Tax software this year did not give me a heads up that my state will charge $35 to efile.

Couldn't do it without Turbo Tax

Even doing the simplest Tax Forms (I miss the 1040EZ) for my son by hand with manual forms and instruction booklets is a pain. turbo Tax takes you through everything step by step. I've been using Turbo Tax for decades

Turbotax is consistent and reliable

I have used it for years. In recent years it has been consistent from year to year, which is Very helpful in saving time.
I do not like its poor backwards-compatibility: it demands a rather recent version of the Mac OS. This is a problem as I use an older OS (so I can use legacy software). Please make it more compatible with older versions of the Mac OS.
