Really easy to use. Explain complicated taxes in a simple way. It keeps information from previous years so you don't need to worry about looking for vital information.

Waaaay Better than HR Block

Spend a few extra bucks and allot less time scratching your head wondering how to proceed. Also, TT provides all the forms you need. HR Block omits forms such as 8915 that should of been included, especially if you bought their product last year and used the 8915 last year. TT has everything you need and allot easier to use.

Updates very slow with DSL internet service

Turbo Tax is a very easy service to use once you get past the mandatory updates. I only have DSL internet service offered in my area and it is very slow with downloading the updates, 4 to 5 hours normally. This version of Turbo Tax will not allow me to work off-line before the updates were installed. This caused delays in my work, mostly planning to do it another day. I know the internet provider is beyond your control, but maybe future versions of Turbo Tax will take into account that not everyone has ultra-fast internet providers.

I have used turbo tax for the past 20 years and have been completely disappointed the last two years as my taxes have been filed incorrectly. Calling turbo tax support only made it worse. I'm finding another option for next year.

Turbo Tax is very simple to complete your tax return and will provide you with the status of my filling if it is accepted or rejected. if it is rejected it will tell why and help me to re-file it again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
