I've been using it for years and as long as they don't add DRM or remove the ability to have an offline version I'll remain a customer it just works.
my only issue is when I launch next years version it shows me last years based on NAME and year, but i ususally make a "what if" copy of the file and there's no way to distiguish it.
also when i needed to run the prior year I had to reactiveate it even though it was on this same PC and I never uninstalled it.

Final steps drove me crazy

Before I could file I was routed back to a blank set of 1099-Rs. (I wrongly assumed I had to fill out the forms that had been loaded in from the brokerages) once I filled them out and a bunch of non-applicable forms, TT finally let me file. Then I realized my taxes owed had nearly doubled. Also I thought I had paid for the state TT. TT made me pay an extra $20 to file my state taxes. No I have to fix the darn thing. I'm really upset.

This is probably the most user friendly tax software on the market. I've used many others,, mostly because of price, but I always come back to this one. I do taxes for many family members and it makes it easy to do them and have a file on all of them.
