Good but can be better

There are still spots where it is hard to figure out what to do. The Help Center could be set up more definitively. I have turbotax Deluxe, a mortgage, a home equity loan, and a couple of stocks. Yet it still pushes me for an upgrade when I think Deluxe should be enough

TurboTax guides me through all the steps and checks my return for errors before I transmit electronically to IRS. Gives me peace of mind knowing I have done it right the first time.

had problems printing the full document to PDF, in 10 years, this has never been an issue. the Federal child tax credit 8812 was not user friendly. Every one filed for that this year and a reasonable person would think that Turbo Tax would nail that....Along with th fact that this program begs for reviews and then makes it difficult

Problem with downloading.

Downloading was terrible. Instructions not clear, Had to call an expert and he told us to right click and then hit administor after install. The instructions didn't say that. I need more specific instructions because I'm a novice with computers.
