I started using MacInTax in 1984? and every year since. I have used it for filing as business owner as well. Have used Quicken personally and for business, I have saved money by not making mistakes.

Cannot get my mother's taxes to be accepted

As far as I know, I have entered all the info correctly, yet after trying several times, my mother's taxes will not be accepted. I will have to print them, mail them to her for her signature, and have her mail them in to the IRS. Only to wait in the black hole for 18 months like last year, Wasted $20 on efiling. This stinks.
