I planned to just download the cd today but the "next" was so easy; I finished the whole process in one sitting. I missed my nap, but the taxes are off my plate!!

I've never had an issue with TurboTax. I like the way it fills in information from the prior year. I have confidence that my return is accurate. If i have a question the answer is readily available.

Hard to Load, Easy to Use

I bought a CD and tried to load in on my laptop. After "updating" process was complete, I could no longer access any screens. Tried to download from the Web and couldn't get past the password screen. FOUR HOURS LATER, I clicked on the TurboTax icon on my desktop and it magically worked. Once I got into the program, it is fine. Takes FOREVER to load and support is non-existent. I will continue to purchase this product, but shudder ever tax season knowing that loading the CD will be a major hassle. And I don't ever want to deal with the internet download as the password/name screen is NOT user-friendly.

It seemed a little "off" and I get nervous....plus....we had $5000 less in income this year than last year and we owe. How is that? What has changed?
