I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. My only dislike is the confusion I always contend with when trying to save a copy in PDF and print my needed forms. I always muddle through it but it's simply confusing.

didn't work on the operating system it should have

After nearly 5 hours on the phone with 4 people my problem with the software ( tried CD & download) not operating on the Catalina 10.15.7 it should have worked with could not be solved. I bought it for that computer but had to borrow computer to do my taxes.

SPENT HOURS TRYING TO GET A 23.00 1099 MISC FROM GENERATING SCHEDULE C . CHECKED ON LINE DID EVERYTHING AND DELETED THE ENTRY.
I'VE USED THIS SINCE IT CAME OUT & EACH YEAR SEEMS THEY PUT LESS INTO MAKING SURE IT WORKS CORRECTLY.

I've used TT both for personal and business filings. Both apps are easy to use and when I owned my own business the TT team kept me on track and away from the IRS. For personal taxes, TT almost writes itself.

This is very straight forward Except:
I was very confused about the questions related to having moved from one State to another (split income allocation). This should be explained in more detail about Pension Income (including Social Security) esp for only a fraction of the year. I only hope I got it right!
