Great Tax Filing software - 2022

Great experience with Tax Prep and eFile. First time to use "import from other Fin Inst" feature and it works great.

Turbo Tax was not as accurate as in the past

We have been using Turbo Tax for the past 22 years, except for 1 year. We generally use the Deluxe version. This year, there were too many questionable issues. The nondeductible IRA info, the HSA info & the AGI verification numbers did not transfer over correctly from 2020. Lost some of my faith in using Turbo Tax this year.

Credit card processing e-filing fee failed!

The credit card processing rejected cards repeatedly (3 cards all confirmed open) then finally accepted one that had been rejected before

I looked for another program that would meet my needs this year and wasn't able to find one that was better than Turbo Tax. My one issue with Turbo Tax is that especially in the review of your taxes when you are asked to fill in blanks you omitted, there isn't a clear explanation of what you are filling in. Also, I'd have to pay much more to get simple questions answered. I finally just visited my local IRS office to ask those questions in person.
