Easy to use as usual but a few glitches this year

Always find Turbotax easy to use but this year it had some glitches. Came back with errors as I was finishing that were on things having to do with children and I have no children and marked nothing to do with those areas. When I tried to correct the errors it made more errors. Took a bit of time before the program finally let me go forward.

Buggy this year

I ran into an issue this year where a revision did not remove a prior entry. I had to start over to remove the bogus entry. Very disturbing. I believe your QA team needs a little more attention or detailed scenarios to seek out bugs in the software. Thanks for listenting.

Going back to HRBlock

Simple 1099-DIV form with $3 income jammed the whole process. Was difficult to complete. Too many questions i had no ability to answer. Took me 4 hours to complete, while HRBlock was about 35min. Went to HRBlock software and completed much easier.
