TurboTax Was Easy to Follow and Use

I have been using TurboTax for 21 years now, and every year it seems to get easier to follow and use. I just gather my paperwork and follow the prompts, and any questions which may arise always seem to be are easily resolved via the Help features or provided current links to IRS publications. This program considerably eases the stress normally associated with the tax filing process, and that alone makes the cost well worthwhile,

Good but not great

I have used TurboTax for YEARS and have always loved how easy and thorough it is! This year, it didn't take me through everything step-by-step. In some cases, I had to click on several things via trial and error to get to enter things that should have come up automatically (e.g., like my son's college information). And some steps just weren't clear. I was disappointed that the quality of the TurboTax experience seemed to have declined this year relative to former years.
