TurboTax Navigation Needs Work

The navigation needs work. Too often, the user makes a selection but the screen doesn't advance or give any indication that the user needs to click the CONTINUE button to advance. Also, the State download apparently succeeded, but then when I tried to print the screen said the State forms were not available. So, how could I have completed my State taxes if the forms were not available???

Easy to follow guide helps with taxes. Not always correct especially with this years EIP payments but easily fixed.

Turbo Tax let me down

I have been filing my taxes with TurboTax for the last 8 years, but when I signed on to look up my AGI I was told that I had never filed with them. Not very happy at the moment.

If you can answer simple questions and can navigate a computer, you can have you taxes filed in less than 30 minutes! Very user-friendly format!

I love using Turbo Tax, I have used this program to do my taxes every year since I had my first job. I have just upgraded to the right programs based on my needs. I love how it walks you through all the steps and has the extra explanations to help you locate things. I would never recommend anything else! Quick and Easy.
