Unable to E-File Massachusetts State

For some reason TT "thinks" that I have paid taxes to other (UNTRACEABLE) jurisdiction/s or state/s and I'm owed a credit. I came across this doing error check and am unaware how to resolve. As is stand TT will not allow me to E-File my State return. I am a full year Massachusetts resident. and very frustrated.

Turbo Tax 2021 is mediocre

The product is not user friendly. Specifically navigating to a specific area, filing and printing. The Pennsylvania product needs a software rewrite so that qualified pensions which are not taxed in the state of Pennsylvania have an input on the 1099R input page to so note this therefore the user does not have to hunt down the key page in Turbo Tax to excluded pension payments from being taxed. I just find your overall product cumbersome to use.

Would not accept prior year AGI. Would not accept dates on Drivers License. After making entries info would disappear.
