Turbo Tax is pretty simple to use

Walking you through everything is great. Being able to go back is nice also. I just found out I could see the whole return by clicking on forms, so that's a plus! Overall, I like Turbo Tax!

2021 was a challenge

2021 TurboTax was easy to enter all the necessary information as always but e-filing was a challenge this year! After many updates daily we were able to e-file. I think it was a system overload for Turbo Tax. I will use it again next year also!

Worst Version of Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for a very long time. The 2021 version is the worst yet. I had to go through the forms individually multiple times due to issues in the "walk me through". There is nothing that indicates the Detroit City tax form will be auto generated. The other city tax form that we had to fill out didn't work properly and was pulling incorrect info. User beware!
