Turbo Tax is great and easy to Use

State return would not load

The state return would not start. I've used this program for decades, never had any problem. I will have to switch tax prep software, after all this time.

some quirks this year

forms get generated while investigating tax options that are then hard to clean up. I was given a form to file manually after I did my efile -- would have been good to know this earlier as it was the result of forms being generated due to an import problem on an income import and (yet to be determined) may mean I had an error and have to amend a filing

The 2 areas of improvement would be
1) during data entry, showing last years entry would help consistency
2) medical insurance wording is confusing taking you into not applicable areas

I have used Turbo Tax ever since it came out. I have never been audited on income over $100K.

Super easy to use!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now - probably since it first came out?? - and have never had a problem. It's super easy to use - just click through, answer the questions and enter some numbers. I've never had my tax return questioned and have recommended it to many friends and family members.
