Very Reliable Tool

I have been using Turbo Tax Products for many years, too many to remember:). I use it as a reliable tool to help me accurately file my federal and state tax returns. I am always confident that my returns are done correctly using the TurboTax Deluxe.

I've used Turbo Tax for the last several years and it just seems like it's getting so expensive. Not sure I'll use next year. Plus I had several errors at the end of my return that were forms we don't even need to complete (i.e. child tax credit -- we're empty nesters!). Just unnecessary stress.

Because I do not have complex tax issues or wealth I am comfortable using TurboTax program. I have used the Turbo Tax program for decade without any issues or problems.

A few glitches

TurboTax was thorough and easy to use once I was able to access it. I experienced an error message each time I tried to open it. After 3 days we determined that the Virus Protection software was preventing TurboTax from opening. This was annoying and the documentation for a fix was very sketchy. Had to call TurboTax and finally got it resolved. Also, hard to bypass the electronic finling of state taxes and snailmail it instead. TurboTax REALLY wants you to file electronically.
