eFile issue with IP PIN

Return was rejected because of missing IP PIN; however, I did provide the PIN correctly. I believe TurboTax messed this up. Had to re-file and am waiting to see if it goes through this time. Not pleased I had to do this twice

The Best Tax (For Individuals) Software

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for many, many years and have found it to be exceptional. I never have had a problem with it. As for a couple of questions I did have, they were able to answer them immediately.

Turbo Tax is OK but not as awesome as it once was

These comments are critique's and not criticism's. Overall we are happy with TurboTax and have used it for years. It seemed more awkward to navigate this year, 2021, than in the past. But we did get all our info in OK. After we finished and filed the Federal Taxes we had a difficult time moving back to filing the State taxes. It did not take us there automatically and we had to fish out the correct menu. Also, small inconvenience, but the pages do not fit the screen and we have to scroll down always to find the "continue" button as we advance through the worksheets. This could be improved.
