I have always used Turbo to file my taxes. Never have I had the problems with software downloads before. It's not my computer. Your urls didn't work! What normally takes less than 2 hours took 2 days. Luckily I resolved the issues with your software.

Turbo Tax Could Be Improved.

When I printed my return I got the voucher for my Estimated tax printed on the back of some of my return. It should have been a separate sheet.

Still took me 5 hours

Still took me 5 hours. I was confused about a tax form because we sold our house. Explanation on TurboTax was not clear because it used the words "may" and "might." I needed more definitive answers.

Decent Federal Return, But State Lacking

Turbo Tax continues to provide good support for federal returns, but state program is barebones requiring user knowledge of state requirements and code to accurately input certain information. Ironically, Turbo Tax charges to file the state portion of the return.

Turbo Tax is Great!

This is my 16th consecutive year using Turbo Tax. I began using it for tax year 2005 and i wouldn't do them any other way. They take you through everything step by step, the only thing you need to do is keep and understand your records. I would recommend it to everyone that does their own taxes.
