Never allows automatic downloads. Have to enter each line individually. Bought program to efile state for free and at the end wanted to charge me $25.00. No thanks. Never use again

Easy but with Nuances

we have to remember that tax laws in every state are different and when you have to read to interpret the various questions and how they apply to you is the tricky part. Other than the software... it is still something that i would use time after time and again. I have been using Turbo Tax since 2000.

TurboTax demonstrated a professional commitment of excellent service to the customer by providing the Form 8915-F in their tax preparation software, whereas H & H Block did not. Very pleased with automatic input of W2 forms into the return, which reduces the risk of entering inaccurate information in the return. Loved all the details provided while completing the return with this software.

works great if it loads correctly

had to reload/delete and reload s/w several times before the state part worked. It loaded state but would not transfer information, would just stay blank with no results.
