Huge waste of time, overly complicated asks for to much information I've never needed to provide in the last 10 years of doing taxes with programs, only in person, and i paid for the state taxes to be included and still had to pay the fee to file. never again

Explanations are confusing and don't appear to answer the questions intended.
filing and having to pay additional charges is too much. Charging $30 to pay a $25 charge to my credit card is rather excessive!

Everything ok until had to enter payment info for State. Irritating and exasperating. Took several attempts because required specific matching details. In this case, required a space. Really?
