Return rejected from IRS

My e-file tax return was rejected by the IRS. A person cannot e-file if that person filed last year by mail and last year's return is still stacked up on the IRS' desk of back logs still waiting for processing last years' returns. Ultimately, it is the IRS at fault for this issue, but Turbo Tax should carry partial of the fault since their software asks your AGI from last year's return that has not been processed by the IRS due to the back log. I will mail in my tax returns the old fashion way since Turbo Tax was a waste of my time and money.

Have been using TT since mid-90s. To me it keeps getting better! Easy to install, easy to follow instructions, very thorough gathering of data. I wouldn't consider using any other tax filing software! I trust it completely.

Pension entries

Entering Pension information was very confusing, all turbo tax should be asking is how much I received, from who, and how much withheld. Instead, the form asked for taxable amounts and the difference between the two- very bad way to enter data please fix this!
