Most Useful Thing My Computer Does

I have a spindle where I stack my CDs of TurboTax. It goes back into the prior millennium, just to say. From the first year I used this, I have been consistently helped--with lots of internal optional helps--in doing what has turned into a thoroughly computer-based thing: household taxes. Yes, I have a micro business and some stocks, but everything else is basic, and even there it needs this. More than anything else with this, I love that it has the "Interview" mode. I just go clicking through it. And it takes hours. That's what it takes to be a citizen of a complex country these days. This goes along with other computer things as the top (I am sure you have as set of these too, like web browsers, email, spreadsheets and word documents, art.

Turbo tax experience

Getting the download for 2021 was awful. Three times I purchased -- trouble with all of them. Would not download. Finally after Hours on the phone with Intuit gat it installed.

Had a lot of issues this for 2021 as things were not explained like they used to be and after spending money on the CD I have to know go to someone else. Not happy this time
