Turbo tax works well, but needs tweaked!

Please bring back the option to opt out of updating. When your going back to review something on the previous years taxes, there is nothing worse than having to wait for a 10 minute unnecessary update!

Not Happy with Turbo Tax this year

For the past 15 years I have been using Turbo Tax and never had an issue with getting and filing my taxes done in February--not so this year. The program wouldn't let me file them until today. First kept telling a a form wouldn't be available until 3/24/22. Tried to file on 3/24/22 and still told me wasn't available. Called the help line and the lady told me, she had been told it wouldn't be available to everyone until 3/31/22. It was made available to some people earlier.
This is totally unacceptable from at tax preparation company!! This is what you people do!!
I know nothing will come of this "review" other than a "thank you and we will try to do better." I think I am going to go back to just doing my taxes on paper and send them in the way I used to do it--will certainly get my refund sooner than this year.
I have never filed my taxes so late. Turbo Tax should issue refunds to those who purchased their products this year and given warning that people couldn't file until the end of March because that's when your product was complete. And COVID is not an excuse!! Stop spending so much money on commercials and pay your programmers to get the stuff done if that was the problem.
