It's a very good product. Way better than using a stubby pencil in the old days. Just needs a fix for printing out for filing. If you try to double side print it puts the "file by mail instructions" on the front side of page one of the 1040. So you always have to print out single sided. Have to use twice the paper. Should add in a blank page for this purpose.

Turbo Tax Was Problematic This Year

The software seemed sluggish and awkward. I allowed it to extract information from my previous year -- also on Turbo Tax -- and it didn't pick up any info even though I got a message that it did. It also didn't let me allow to save with encrypted password even though I followed the instructions. Finally, it seemed to ask the same questions over and over in circular loops, with questions popping up in sections not related to the topic.

I've been using TurboTax for many years. I retired last year and was a little unsure of how your software would handle the change to Social Security and retirement income. TurboTax handled everything beautifully. Thanks for a great product.
