Turbo Tax is easy to use especially if you use it year after year. So much of the return is automatically entered. This gives me peace of mind that I'm not messing up any of the numbers and really speeds the process along. Thanks Turbo Tax!

IT WAS WORKING WELL UNTIL I TRIED TO ENTER DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION. YOUR SYSTEM ACCEPTED THE BANKING INFORMATION BUT WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH THE ICON FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT WAS CHECKED AND THE DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION WAS ENTERED. THE SYSTEM REPEATEDLY SWITCHED BACK TO THE "MAILING OF REFUND" ICON. THE TURBO TAX PROGRAM WAS A FAILURE FOR ME...
