Turbo Tax is Great !

Had an issue using it today. Kept getting an error on the child tax credit. Not sure why as I do not have a child that qualifies. After going "back" several times, the error message disappeared

could not access my 2020 taxes

when I logged in to my account I wanted to look for my AGI from my 2020 returns. it said I did not file my tax through turbo tax. I used same email and username as last year. I did have them saved on my personal drive but it is a concern that I could not access them through my Turbo Tax account.

We've been using Turbo Tax for 12+ years. Never had an issue. Easy to follow. We are confident that all areas needed for us were covered. The program walks us through step by step. We recommend Turbo Tax.

Should have ability to clarify that 1099-R Required Minimum Distribution = any Qualified Charitable Distribution + the actual Distribution Amount.
The tax filer should have the choice to elect the use of Standard Deductions from the outset of this section instead of going thru the entire deduction process if you do not want to.

Using TurboTax since 1990. Easy to use software. It covers all aspects of requirements in each category. Like the step-by-step procedure and ability to look over the form afterwards to see the data that was input. Help is available if needed.
