Not as good as prior years

I always do both mine and my mothers taxes. Neither of us have young children. Going through both of our processes, at the final check for errors, a goofy thing came up about child tax credits or some silly thing that neither of us has in our filing. It was terrible to get past it. PLUS, my Mother never efile's for state because it costs money. I remember past years having an option to print and send in through US Mail as opposed to efiling. No such option this time. It was terrible to struggle through. I don't think I'll use TurboTax going forward. I'm very disappointed.

With Turbo Tax: GAMECHANGER - No Sweat, No Tears

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and now my 27 year old and 23 year old children use it also. It is affordable - we can upload the software onto 1-5 devices. It is straightforward with simple explanations. You can go step-by-step or skip sections if they don't apply to you. You can always go back and review. You can work on your taxes and save your work until later if you choose - no pressure to do it all in one session. I have an MBA and used to do our tax forms manually. What a Happy Day when I discovered Turbo Tax! I have never had a single regret! File online and refunds/payments are handled electronically! I wish other parts of life were as clear and practical as Turbo Tax! GAMECHANGER!

TurboTax Deluxe 2021

Not pleased. The worksheets for the 2021 return and not available and I can't figure out how to get them. The program says that a $16,600 carryover loss is available but it is not applied and the taxes are about $1,000 higher without the carryover loss. Maybe the worksheets would help understand the issue, but they do not seem to be available

its not friendly at 'free" advise or file by mail

the advise on the software is useless - go to google. its also not friendly for filing by mail. Until the state is "free" I will not pay to make their job easier.... My state requires the federal return as well as state, yet it did not do this automatically or make it clear which documents they needed so I had to google....
