Normally good, tough this year

Generally good, however I had issues with paying the state filing fee with my credit card as when redirected to turbo tax site it would not log in. Finally called the TT team and they were able to get everything through.

I love Turbo Tax. It's so easy to use and understand. Even though tax laws change yearly the program still assists and prompts you to complete everything you need. It checks and informs you of any mistakes

Turbo Tax Review

Turbo Tax is slow to boot up. Turbo Tax help section is useful. Turbo Tax has improved over the years. When ready to file it would be helpful to be able to separately choose Federal and State (e.g., Efile or Print File) at the first window so that one does not need to go through the entire process again if filing Efile for one file and Print File for the other.

I found that this year's version jumped around skipping items from sections, to the point where I had to go back and re-visit them manually. I never had that happened before. I also miss the first couple of screens where it asked about important life events...
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
