Very Upset!

My federal return has been e-filed and submission has been confirmed, but the software keeps telling me that it has not and will not let me e-file my state return for which I have paid! And there seems to be no way of reaching Intuit.

Great updates for exemptions!!!

Was pleasantly surprised when various inputs were already shown from previous year. Additionally, stimulus check amounts I had not received were automatically shown and applied to amount of taxes owed, lowering that amount automatically. Like having a savings account.

There was one thing that surprised me at the end inputting all my info;. Turbo Tax showed up a form 8088 or something that had to do with children. I did not know how to get rid of it. I did not need it. I called for help and was told to ignore it. So I did, but it was alarming.

Been using Turbo Tax for over ten years and plan to continue. Yes, there have been some bumps along the way, but overall, a great product and good experience. Like most firms now days, it is difficult to get a live person on the phone, but when you finally do they have always managed to resolve whatever my issue was, Cool persistence and patience.are the keys to success!
