went through whole process filing married jointly... was going to get back 2900... My wife is in the navy and we live in Virginia beach where she is stationed. Since her state of residency is south Dakota, had to restart everything and file married but file separately. Once we did that we only got back 2000 total while also losing 900 dollars back to us. We will look for other options to file next year for time wasted and not getting the refund owed to us

Love Turbotax

Only problem I've seen Is when Turbotax checks for error It gave error to fix on form for advanced child care payments Since I'm single and no children and no where on forms had any dependents etc Otherwise all good!

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have liked it a lot. This year I had a problem with a page that came up that was not part of my taxes. I used Contact Customer Service and had my problem solved in short order, which pleased me very much.

Turbo Tax Was Easy to Use

I found Turbo Tax very easy to navigate and use to complete my Federal and State tax returns. I was able to efile both returns with no problems. Great product this year!

i like to go buy the CD and i dont like to down load i feel down loding is not safe and have used turbo tax for 30 yrs my dad did my taxs when i was young and now i have been doing my taxs for 25 yrs turbo tax is the best
