W2 direct import from imployer

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but seems to me if you have the ability to import my W2 from my employer that option should be right up front when you ask for my W2. Unless I missed it up front, that option came after I manually input my W2 this year and last year.

This year's version was excellent. Easy to follow-up steps were provided. Ability to compare last year's filing with this year was a real benefit. I spoke with a member of the turbotax team and her information was spot-on and very helpful.

TurboTax is good but e-filing was a disaster.

TurboTax is good but e-filing was a disaster this year. I confirmed AGI as correct and reviewed by original 1040 and downloaded the IRS version. Both (line 11) were the same. TB2021 auto-populated the PIN (randomly generated?). I tried two times and both the federal and state were rejected. I am trying a third time but may need to print and mail. What is the point then of the e-filing and for charging me $25 plus tax for e-filing the state return????

Not using Turbo Tax again

Had to continually Google to clarify aspects of our tax return. Many things were unclear and difficult to locate certain information. We have been using Turbo Tax for several years and this year it was problematic and a big disappointment. Plan on trying another tax software next year.
