this edition of Turbotax is flawed

Instructions about personal information for Federal return versus CA return Iare ambiguous, vague, repetitive and confusing. Stalled pages that do not advance even though completed are irksome, irritating, and fatiguing!!!!!!!!!!!

I won't buy again

I have used Turbotax for the last 5 years and this year is the last. The software was unable to open last years return so everything had to re-entered by hand. I had to stop part way and saved and when I tried to reopen the software said the file was corrupted and I had to start all over again. Now I have filed and have no confidence in my return actually making it to IRS.

Gets the Job Done

It would be good to have one directed at seniors. Some of the answers I got didn't reflect my needs. And the worst thing is accidentally clicking a box and not being able to easily undo it. It kept telling me I needed to file a form when I just misunderstood the question and hit the wrong box.
