Preparing my taxes for 2020 using Turbo Tax was the easy and stressless experience I have come to know with this software. The software runs fast and doescnot have any glitches, no crashes. TT saves me some time by grabbing the prior years information. I like that.

first timer on turbo tax

It's very intuitive and user friendly for a first time user like me. I was apprehensive at first but after talking with several friends who ditched their tax preparers and used turbo tax , I was convinced to finally try turbo tax and I am glad that I did. Saves me time and money.

TurboTax is Slipping

Been using Turbotax every year since its beginning. This year's return (2021) has been the first return where I have experienced glitches (Form 8212 error and "too many characters on Federal Transfer worksheet"). Googled solutions to both issues.
