Great program

Used TurboTax for a number of years and have found it easy to use and no major issues. The only annoyance is I could not get Schwab to interact with the program. Had the same issue last year.

Well presented, clear and precise.
PROBLEM: program crashed five times in two weeks.

Now that we are retired, and our taxes are less complicated, TuroTax works beautifully. Always has answers for questions. Guide work great.

TurboTax Deluxe Charges to E-File State Return

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe with the State software included. Then when I went to E-file my state return, TurboTax charged me an additional $25 to E-file the state tax return. This is after you already paid more for the deluxe version which includes 1 state. You should be able to file your state return for free if you already paid for the state software. I will use a different tax software package next year if Turbo Tax continues the this practice.
