Turbo Tax Double Billed my State Return

I purchased the federal return with state tax paid. At the onset, TurboTax verified I purchased State Return, but on submitting State Return, another payment of $25 was required to send my State Tax form. Only one state return involved.

We have used Turbo tax for several years and will continue to do so. every year it seems to get easier. the updates on the new tax laws are automatically included and we don't have to keep up with them.

I have used Turbotax for many years. The first years had some issues but over the years it has gotten better and better. I would say this year was not as straight forward as years past. I had some problems with navigation in the program. Wasn't as easy as last year.
Also did have to call and that was a little hard reaching live person but they were able to answer my question

TT handles all the situations I have encountered for a basic 1040 tax return including downloading and accurately entering interest and dividend information.
