Turbo Tax's quality is declining.

Overall quality is Fair. Have had extremely difficult time filing both federal and state returns. My impression is that TT's quality decreases each year.

I tried to rush through and was continually making errors. but Turbo Tax kept me on track and knew when I left things out. Saved me a lot of trouble.

TurboTax is convenient. Our return is simple, since we don't have a lot of money to play with. The form covers our needs and can be e-filed.

TurboTax 2021 is very slow response. It was very annoying to wait several minutes to move from one filed data entry into the next. Never experienced this but something can be done to resolve this issue.

I've used turbo tax for the last 10 years. It is very easy to use and guides you every step of the way. And I love the final check feature that catches anything I might have missed.
