Just a very easy way for people who do not know how to answer tax questions asked by the IRS; to have Turbotax guide you step by step through IRS questions and make sure you receive every deduction you are entitled to in these trying times.

Issues installing the software

Had issues installing TurboTax on my PC from a CD. When I got to the activation screen, it just looked blank. After disability anti-virus and firewalls, it still did not work. Finally looked on line and found the issue with the screen resolution needing to be 800×600 to be able to see the box. What a mess. Fix your code. Who uses 800×600 anymore?

This program exists because you funnel millions of dollars into the pockets of politicians to create a convoluted system that allows you to pray on people who have never harmed you or the United States tax system. Your program is confusing, misleading, and prone to issues. It's one thing to create a problem and charge for a solution, but when your solution can't recognize a basic input error and is as easy to navigate as when you were founded in 1984, you have a serious problem on your hands.
