UPDATE ISSUES!!!

I have used turbo tax before (several years), it worked great. This year getting to the last step before e-filing the update issues were terrible. I went online and found out I was not the only one having the same problem. After much prayer, an uninstall and reinstall fixed it. I may not buy again in 2022 if this is what I'll be facing.

Confusing compared to past years!!!

while steps are fairly straight forward, import feature very cumbersome compared to past years. Also, past years return information not gathered for comparison!!!

Turbo Tax makes it easy to do and file your taxes! I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years and never had an issue doing my taxes or filing them. Each area is easy to understand especially if you let the program walk you through each section.

Not at all what I expected

I purchased Turbo Tax and it was to include free E filing with the State. Instead, it tried to charge me $25. So I printed it instead. Then the Federal e-filing kept being returned. The only reason given was incorrect AGI and 5 digit PIN. The AGI was taken directly from my tax returns and how am I suppose to remember a random PIN number from last year? I will not be purchasing your bogus product next year!
