A solid product, except when it isn't

I've been using TurboTax to file my taxes for many years, and while I've tried other products, this is the one I keep coming back to. Lately, I've been running into problems where it tells me I need to fix something (and get blocked by the app when I try to figure out what needs fixing), but with a bit of Google-fu, I've been able to muddle through. This is still better than other (to remain unnamed) products, which have crashed on me, or worse, blocked me from filling out their forms at all. Taxes are no fun; a decent app makes them tolerable.

Some stuff confusing. Still changes our non-taxable pension in NYS to taxable and I have to change the code on the forms.

Not as Scary as I thought!

I have to admit I was scared since we have had a CPA doing ours for 25 plus years. It did take longer than I expected but a lot of it was my own fault for not having everything I needed readily available. I will definitely do this again next year.
