Improvement needed in certain areas

There are some places in the desktop version of TurboTax where the suggestion of Yes/No choice is the opposite of what you mean. Also, it will be better if you can add more instruction / tips / clarifications to foreign income tax credit. The wordings of that part requires refinement.

TurboTax is an excellent product

I am happy with the product. Since we have to file NY and NY, can you create a product that has filing for Federal and two states (NJ and NY)
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax was great again

Turbo Tax was easy to follow once the Turbo Tax consultant figured out how to get into my forms. Turbo Tax expert helped resolve issues getting into my account with the help of someone form programming.

Everything went well except there no place for PIN

Return rejected because - no PIN. Did not receive PIN from IRS. Very difficult to obtain one.

Not as good as past years

It took forever to load the 2021 Turbo Tax. Much longer than previous years. Also, every time I opened my saved file, it made me download the same updates. Why???
I am seriously considering not using Turbo Tax next year.

IRS changes makes using Turbo Tax easy

For the most part, using Turbo Tax is a breeze. This year, the IRS added a Form 7203 to rental properties, but Turbo Tax did the best they could under the circumstances.
