Please fix 1098-T glitch

TT said higher education credit is not applicable. However, by following Q&A in TT community, after deleting/doing it all again it corrected the issue by itself. There are many others who have been having the same issue for a while. Please fix the issue.

It is difficult at times, in some of the sections, to understand the Question seeking an Answer. This may be a fault on my part because this seemed easier 10 years ago!

Turbo Tax is the way to go.
